What is Hoopla?
Hoopla is a free service that allows Burton Public Library card holders to borrow free digital movies, music, television shows, and audiobooks with your library card 24/7. The materials expire after the loan period is over so there is never a fine!

NOTE: Kindle Fire Tablets (Base model, HD, HDX) have the ability to download the HOOPLA app to access eBooks, Audiobooks & Music. Presently, movies and television shows do not run on the Kindle Tablets.
 

Getting Started
Go to the Hoopla site, www.hoopladigital.com, or for mobile devices find and install the free Hoopla Digital app from your App store. Now you may search or browse the collection.

To check out, you will need to register with an email, a password that you create, and your library card number and pin.**  

The site will show the 6 closest libraries to your location but you may also use a dropdown menu of alphabetically listed libraries.  

After you check a title out, go to "My Titles" to view or listen to it.

** Call us at the Library (440) 834-4466 if you have forgotten your pin. We can reset it for you.
